Heck yeah you can! To bake as many or as few cookies as you like, prepare dough in advance and freeze. Scoop and form the dough into balls ahead of time and freeze on a cookie sheet to keep them separate. You can transfer to an airtight container to freeze for up to 3 months. When ready to bake, place frozen dough 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake as directed, adding 5 minutes to the bake time.
