Sweet and salty is a killer combo. Try these bacon and blueberry pancakes to satisfy your cravings morning, noon or night.

Servings: 6-7, 4-inch pancakes
8 slices of bacon, diced
1 cup Krusteaz Blueberry Pancake Mix
2/3 cup cold water
Fry diced bacon in skillet over medium high heat until crispy, drain and place on paper towel.
Pre-heat griddle or skillet over medium heat, lightly grease.
In a medium bowl, whisk together pancake mix and water until blended (batter will be lumpy), pour ¼ cup batter per pancake onto prepared griddle/skillet, add 1 tablespoon bacon to uncooked side of each pancake and cook 2 minutes, flip and allow to cook another 2 minutes, top with remaining diced bacon, maple syrup and powdered sugar.
