3 Cups Krusteaz Belgian Waffle Mix
1 1/3 cups water
1/3 cup oil
2 1/2 tablespoons lemon extract
4-6 drops yellow food coloring
3/4 cup white chocolate chips
Lemon topping/syrup OR Maple syrup
1. Heat waffle iron (grease if needed).
2. In a large mixing bowl stir waffle mix, water, eggs, oil, lemon extract and food coloring with a wire whisk until smooth. Let batter rest 2 minutes. Fold in white chocolate chips.
3. Pour about 1/3 cup batter onto each waffle square (2/3 for single large round waffles).
4. Cook waffles for 3-4 minutes or until golden.
