Like most of you, I am obsessed with all things pumpkin these days, and this quick and easy dessert pizza is absolutely amazing! I used a Krusteaz Pumpkin Spice Cookie Mix to create the crust as well as the crumble and glaze that goes on top of the apples, so the whole recipe comes together extremely easily and fast too! Krusteaz has several different seasonal mixes and we have been enjoying all of them at my house this fall!
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 35 minutes
1 package Krusteaz Pumpkin Spice Cookie Mix
½ cup butter, softened
2 apples (cored, peeled and sliced thinly)
¼ cup sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
2/3 cup oats
Heat oven to 350°F. Prepare a pizza pan by spraying with cooking spray, or lightly coat a pizza stone with a thin layer of oil.
Stir together cookie mix, egg and butter until dough forms, hand kneading if necessary. Take out 1/3 cup cookie dough and save for topping. Roll out the remaining dough onto the pizza pan.
Bake 8 minutes or until edges start to brown.
Toss sliced apples with sugar and cinnamon and place in a single layer on top of crust. Add oats to the reserved cookie dough and mix well. Sprinkle the mixture on top of the apple layer. Bake 15-17 minutes, until crumble on top is crisp.
Let cool before preparing the glaze according to package instructions and drizzle over the top of the pizza.
