2 cups Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancake Mix
1 1/2 cups water
7 sausage patties, approximately 3" in diameter, fully cooked
7 eggs, prepared in preferred style, poached or scrambled work well
Optional: 7 slices cheese of choice
Prepare pancake mix according to package directions. Pour slightly more than 1/8 of a cup batter per pancake. A small cookie scoop is great for creating a silver dollar pancake, approximately 3" in diameter. Cook at least 14 pancakes. Cook pancakes approximately 45 seconds to 1 minute per side, turning only once. Assemble sliders using two pancakes, one sausage patty, one egg and one slice of cheese (if using) per slider. Serve with maple syrup on the side for dipping if desired.
