1 package Krusteaz Lemon Bar Mix (1 pouch each lemon filling mix and complete crust)
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1-2 drops yellow food color (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Press full pouch of complete crust firmly into bottom of lightly greased 9-inch pie pan.
- Bake 15 minutes.
- Let cool completely.
- Place whipping cream, full pouch lemon filling mix and yellow food color in large bowl.
- Using an electric mixer, mix on high speed until mixture is thick.
- Spoon mousse into baked pie shell and chill 2-3 hours or overnight.
- Garnish with lemon zest, if desired.
