How can I tell if the biscuits/scones are done?
You may insert a toothpick into the product, and it should come out clean and free of batter.
Can I bake biscuits/scones in the microwave oven?
Our goal is for you to be absolutely delighted with our product. The microwave oven is great for warming, but not for baking. To reheat bakery products, microwave on HIGH 10-15 seconds per piece.
What is the best way to store bakery products?
Cool the product completely after baking and store in an airtight container in the freezer or at room temperature. Do not store in the refrigerator because this will dry out the product. To serve frozen bakery products, allow products to thaw at room temperature, then warm, if desired.
