Cinnamon Raisin Bread Machine Mix
Apple Bread Pudding
4 cups cubed Krusteaz Cinnamon Raisin Bread 3 eggs 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted 2 cups milk 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 medium apple, peeled and chopped Prepare Krusteaz Cinnamon Raisin Bread Machine Mix as directed. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place cubed bread into a 2-quart round casserole dish. Set aside. In large bowl, blend together eggs, brown sugar, butter or margarine, milk, cinnamon, vanilla and apples. Pour mixture over bread cubes and stir until moistened. Place casserole dish in a pan filled with 1/2-inch hot water into oven. Bake 40-50 minutes. Scoop and serve warm in glass mugs or bowls with a dollop of whipped topping or ice cream. Store extras covered in the refrigerator. To reheat, microwave individual servings. Makes 10 servings.
