Pesto Pizza With Roasted Red Peppers

1, 14 oz package Krusteaz Country White Bread Mix
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup prepared pesto sauce
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup roasted red peppers, cut in strips

Prepare dough using Krusteaz Country White Bread Mix as directed. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface. Coat with olive oil. Let rest 10 minutes. Preheat oven to 400°F. Divide dough in half. Press dough into two, ungreased 12-inch pizza pans. Spread pesto sauce over dough. Top with cheeses and roasted red peppers. Bake 15 -18 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
Makes two, 12-inch pizzas.
