Country White Bread Machine Mix

Anise Twists

Prepare dough using one, 14 oz package (3 cups) Krusteaz Country White Bread Machine Mix as directed. Divide into 6-8 portions. Roll each portion into a rope and cut to desired length. Place on lightly greased baking sheet; twist rope. In small bowl, mix together 1 teaspoon water and 1 slightly beaten egg white; brush over unbaked breadsticks. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon anise seed. Bake at 400ºF 10-15 minutes.
