Lemon Creme Coffee Cake

1, 14 oz package (3 cups) Krusteaz Cracked Wheat Bread
  Machine Mix
1 cup room temperature (75ºF-85ºF) water
1 cup (8 oz package) cream cheese, softened
1 cup lemon pie filling
1/2 cup flaked coconut

Prepare dough using Krusteaz Cracked Wheat Bread Machine Mix as directed. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spread dough into lightly greased 13x9x2-inch pan. Spread cream cheese over dough. Layer lemon pie filling over cream cheese. Top with coconut. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 16 servings.
