Cracked Wheat Bread Machine Mix

1, 14 oz package (3 cups) Krusteaz Cracked Wheat Bread Machine Mix 1 cup room temperature (75ºF-85ºF) water 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 teaspoons dried rosemary leaves 1/2 cup pesto sauce 1 cup sun dried tomato paste 6 oz thinly sliced mozzarella cheese 3 thinly sliced Roma tomatoes Prepare dough using Krusteaz Cracked Wheat Bread Machine Mix as directed. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface. Coat with olive oil. Press dough into one, 12-inch pizza pan. Cover with a cloth and let rise in a warm, draft-free place 45 minutes or until double in size. Gently dock with rounded end of dowel or wooden spoon to make indentations 1-inch apart on surface of dough. Brush top with olive oil and sprinkle with dried rosemary leaves, if desired. Bake at 400ºF 14-16 minutes. Slice prepared focaccia horizontally in two layers. On one half, spread with pesto sauce and sun dried tomato paste. Add cheese and tomatoes. Cover with remaining focaccia half. Slice into wedges and serve. Makes 8 servings.
