Italian Herb Bread Machine Mix

Cheese & Olive Pizza
Dough:
1 cup room temperature water
1, 14 oz package Krusteaz Italian Herb Bread Mix
1 packet yeast (enclosed)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Pizza Topping:
1 1/2 cups (14 oz) pizza sauce
3 cups grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
1 cup (4 1/2 oz) sliced olives
For Dough: Place water, bread mix and yeast in bread machine pan. Select dough cycle. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface. Coat with olive oil. Let rest 10 minutes. For Pizza Topping: Preheat oven to 400°F. Divide dough in half. Press dough into two, ungreased 12-inch pizza pans. Spread pizza sauce over dough. Top with cheeses and olives. Bake 10-15 minutes.
Makes 12 servings.
Variations:
Focaccia Bread: Prepare dough as directed for pizza, adding 3 tablespoons dried, minced onion, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon dried basil and 1 teaspoon dried oregano to the bread mix. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface. Coat with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Let rest 10 minutes. Place on ungreased pan. Press into 10-inch circle. Cover with a cloth and let rise in a warm, draft free place 45 minutes or until double in size. Gently dock with end of wooden spoon to make indentations 1 inch apart on surface of dough. Bake at 400°F 25-30 minutes.
Calzones: Prepare dough as directed for pizza. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface. Coat with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Let rest 10 minutes. Divide dough into 4 portions. Press each portion into an 8-inch circle. Fill with your favorite pizza toppings. Brush rim of dough lightly with water and fold over, pressing edges to seal. Bake at 400°F 15-20 minutes.
