Sourdough Bread Machine Mix
Spinach Herb Filled Bread
Dough: 1 cup room temperature water 1, 14 oz package Krusteaz Sourdough Bread Mix 1 packet yeast (enclosed) Spinach Filling: 1 cup (8 oz) cream cheese, softened 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained 1/2 teaspoon dried basil 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 1 clove garlic, minced For Dough: Place water, bread mix and yeast in bread machine pan. Select dough cycle. For Spinach Filling: In medium bowl, stir together filling ingredients. For Assembly: Transfer dough to lightly floured surface. Roll to 13x11-inch rectangle. Spread filling over dough, leaving 1/2-inch rim. Starting with 13-inch side, roll into cylinder. Place seam-side down on lightly greased baking pan. Tuck ends under. Cover with a cloth and let rise in a warm, draft-free place 45 minutes or until double in size. Bake at 375°F 35-40 minutes. Makes 10 servings.
