Sourdough Bread Machine Mix

Parmesan Garlic Breadsticks

Prepare dough using one, 14 oz package (3 cups) Krusteaz Sourdough Bread Machine Mix as directed, adding 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese and 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Divide into 6-8 portions. Roll each portion into a rope and cut to desired length. Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Brush with mixture of 1 egg white and 1 teaspoon water. Sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400ºF 10-15 minutes.
