Sourdough Pancakes

1, 14 oz package (3 cups) Krusteaz Sourdough
  Bread Machine Mix
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs, beaten
2 3/4 - 3 cups buttermilk (vary for thicker or thinner pancakes)

In medium bowl, stir together Krusteaz Sourdough Bread Machine Mix, baking powder and baking soda. Combine eggs and buttermilk; add to dry ingredients. Stir just until moistened. If batter thickens upon standing, thin with buttermilk. Pour approximately 1/4 cup batter onto a preheated, lightly greased 375ºF griddle. Cook 1 - 1 1/4 minutes each side. Turn only once.
Makes about 22, 4-inch pancakes.
