Fat Free Cranberry Orange Muffin Mix
Cran-apricot Coffee Cake
1, 17.5 package (2 3/4 cups) Krusteaz Fat Free Cranberry Orange Muffin Mix 1 cup water 1/2 cup fat free sour cream 1/2 cup chopped, dried apricots 1 can cranberries, drained (enclosed) 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon Preheat oven to 350ºF. In medium bowl, blend together Krusteaz Fat Free Cranberry Orange Muffin Mix, water, fat free sour cream and apricots. Gently fold in drained cranberries. Spoon batter into lightly greased 8x8x2-inch pan. In separate bowl, stir together brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over batter. Bake 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Makes 16, 2-inch squares.
