Fat Free Buttermilk Pancake Mix
Raspberry Yogurt Wraps
Pancakes: 2 cups Krusteaz Fat Free Buttermilk Pancake Mix 1 1/2 cups water Filling: 1 cup (8 oz container) nonfat raspberry yogurt 1/2 cup fresh or frozen (thawed and drained) raspberries Preheat griddle to 375ºF. For Pancakes: In medium bowl, blend together Krusteaz Fat Free Buttermilk Pancake Mix and water with a wire whip. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto lightly greased griddle. Cook pancakes 2 minutes per side, or until golden brown, turning only once. For Filling: In small bowl, blend together yogurt and raspberries. Spoon filling in middle of pancake and roll. Makes 12-14, 4-inch wraps.
