Follow steps 1-3 of Traditional Bread Directions on the Instructions tab. Divide the dough into 6-8 portions and shape as desired. Place dough on a greased baking sheet, cover with a cloth, and let rise in a warm, draft-free place until double in size (about 45 minutes). Bake in preheated 400°F oven for 10-15 minutes.
*If using a bread machine, add the ingredients as indicated on the Instructions tab and set machine on dough cycle. Remove dough and follow the shaping and baking steps as directed above.
