Ingredients

1 package Krusteaz Country White Bread Mix

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 cup prepared pesto sauce

2 cups grated mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup roasted red peppers, cut in strips

Instructions

  • Prepare dough using Krusteaz Country White Bread Mix as directed.
  • dough to lightly floured surface.
  • Coat with olive oil.
  • Let rest 10 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Divide dough in half.
  • Press dough into two, ungreased 12-inch pizza pans.
  • Spread pesto sauce over dough.
  • Top with cheeses and roasted red peppers.
  • Bake 15 -18 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
