Dough
Spinach Filling
1 cup (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- For Dough: Place water, bread mix and yeast in bread machine pan.
- Select dough cycle.
- For Spinach Filling: In medium bowl, stir together filling ingredients.
- For Assembly: Transfer dough to lightly floured surface.
- Roll to 13x11-inch rectangle.
- Spread filling over dough, leaving 1/2-inch rim.
- Starting with 13-inch side, roll into cylinder.
- Place seam-side down on lightly greased baking pan.
- Tuck ends under.
- Cover with a cloth and let rise in a warm, draft-free place 45 minutes or until double in size.
- Bake at 375°F 35-40 minutes.
