Ingredients
1 package Krusteaz Peach Cobbler Mix (1 pouch each cobbler mix and peach filling)
½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 eggs
1/3 cup milk
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Powdered sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In large bowl, stir together cobbler mix, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg until blended.
- Add eggs, milk and oil. Stir until batter is smooth.
- Spoon into lightly greased 9-inch spring form pan.
- Gently spoon peach filling evenly over batter.
- Bake 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
- Lightly sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
