I made a double batch. What’s the best way to store the leftovers?

Store your freshly baked goods (including muffins, cookies, quick bread, cornbread and dessert bars) in an airtight container or wrap them securely in plastic wrap. You can leave at room temperature for up to 3 days or store in the freezer for up to 3 months.

I made a double batch OF BATTER. How can I store it until next use?

Great question! Batter can be held, covered and in the fridge for up to 12 hours. A better alternative may be making extra pancakes or waffles and freezing them. Reheat them in a microwave or toaster, and you you'll have a delicious breakfast on the go!
