Ingredients

1 package Krusteaz Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix (1 pouch each cookie mix and cinnamon-sugar topping)

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened

1 egg

1/2 cup chopped dried cherries

1/4 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In medium bowl, stir together cookie mix, butter, egg and cherries until dough forms.
  • Press into lightly greased 8x8x2-inch pan.
  • Sprinkle coconut and cinnamon-sugar over top of dough.
  • Bake 24-26 minutes.
  • Allow to cool before cutting.
