Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies

• Place chocolate chips in microwave-safe container.
• Heat on MEDIUM powder for 1 minute.
• Stir; continue to microwave in 10 second intervals until chocolate is melted. Set aside.
• Preheat oven to 375°F.
• In medium bowl, stir together cookie mix, vegetable oil, egg and water until dough forms, hand kneading if necessary.
• Place 1/2 cup dough in separate bowl. Add reserved melted chocolate and stir until blended.
• Using a portion of peanut butter dough and chocolate peanut butter dough for each cookie, combine into a rounded tablespoon and place 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
• Use a fork to form a criss-cross pattern on each cookie.
• Bake 8-10 minutes.
