Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare one package Krusteaz Chocolate Chunk Muffin Mix as directed, reducing water to 1/3 cup. Place batter into lightly greased 8½ x 4½ x 2½-inch loaf pan. Bake 48-52 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes and remove to wire rack. Cool completely. Store in airtight container.
