Lemon Blueberry Thumbprints

Ingredients
1 pouch Krusteaz Lemon Blueberry Muffin Mix
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
1 egg
1 can blueberries, well drained (enclosed)
1/3 cup blueberry preserves or jelly
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, stir together muffin mix, butter and egg until well blended. In separate small bowl, add blueberries to preserves. Stir gently. Scoop dough by rounded tablespoons and place 2 inches apart onto lightly greased cookie sheet. With end of wooden spoon, make small thumbprint in each cookie and fill with preserve mixture. Bake 8-10 minutes.
