Variation

Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare one package Krusteaz Oat Bran Muffin Mix as directed, adding ½ cup raisins. Place batter into lightly greased 8½ x 4½ x 2½-inch loaf pan. Bake 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes and remove to wire rack. Cool completely. Store in airtight container
