Orange Blueberry Quick Bread

Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare one package Krusteaz Wild Blueberry Muffin Mix as directed, reducing water to 1/3 cup and adding 2 teaspoons finely grated orange zest. Place batter in prepared 8½ x 4½ x 2½-inch loaf pan. Bake 44-48 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes and remove to wire rack. Cool completely and drizzle with orange glaze, if desired. Orange Glaze: Whisk together 3/4 cup powdered sugar and 1–2 tablespoons orange juice until smooth.
