Red, White and Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients

1 package Krusteaz Wild Blueberry Muffin Mix (1 pouch muffin mix and 1 can blueberries)

1/2 cup water

1/3 cup vegetable oil

3 eggs

1/3 cup raspberry preserves

3 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. In medium bowl, blend together muffin mix, water, oil and eggs. Drain and rinse blueberries. Gently fold into batter. Spoon about 1/4 cup batter into lightly greased or paper lined muffin cups. Place 1 teaspoon cream cheese and 1 teaspoon raspberry preserves in center of each muffin. Spoon remaining batter, about 1/4 cup for each muffin, over cream cheese and raspberry preserves. Bake 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
