Ingredients

Cake:

1 package Krusteaz Fat Free Banana Muffin Mix

3/4 cup water

1/2 cup chopped strawberries (fresh or frozen)

Icing:

2 1/2 teaspoons water

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon coconut extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400ºF. For Cake: In medium bowl, blend together Krusteaz Fat Free Banana Muffin Mix and water until moistened. Gently fold in strawberries. Pour into lightly greased 8-inch round pan. Bake 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Let cool. Drizzle icing over cake.
  • For Icing: In small bowl, blend water, sugar and coconut extract together until smooth.
