Ingredients

1 package Krusteaz Gingerbread Cake & Cookie Mix

½ cup (1 stick) butter, softened

1 egg

1 tablespoon molasses

Sugar (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Place Krusteaz Gingerbread Cake & Cookie Mix, butter, egg and molasses in medium bowl. Stir until dough forms. Scoop dough by rounded tablespoons and place 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sugar, if desired. Bake 8-10 minutes or until light golden brown around edges.
