1/4 cup Krusteaz Blueberry Pancake Mix*
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- For Cake: In large bowl, stir together 2 1/2 cups pancake mix, water, sugar, egg and vanilla until moistened.
- Spoon batter into lightly greased 8x8x2-inch pan.
- Set aside.
- For Topping: In small bowl, stir together 1/4 cup pancake mix, brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Cut in butter with fork or pastry blender until mixture is crumbly.
- Stir in pecans.
- Sprinkle evenly over batter.
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
