1 cup (8 oz package) cream cheese, softened
1 2/3 cups (15.75 oz can) lemon pie filling
1/4 cup flaked coconut
Instructions
- Preheat Belgian waffle iron.
- For Waffles: In medium bowl, blend together Krusteaz Belgian Waffle Mix, eggs, oil, water and lemon zest with a wire whip.
- Batter will be slightly lumpy.
- Pour batter onto prepared waffle iron.
- Cook waffles 3-4 minutes until golden brown, or according to waffle iron directions.
- For Topping: Spread cream cheese on waffles.
- Top with lemon pie filling.
- Sprinkle with flaked coconut.
