Peanut Butter & Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
2 cups Krusteaz Heart Healthy Buttermilk Pancake Mix
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 bananas
Instructions
- Preheat griddle to 375°F (medium heat).
- In medium bowl, whisk together pancake mix, water and peanut butter until blended. (Batter will be lumpy.)
- Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto lightly greased griddle.
- Cook 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 minutes.
- Before flipping pancakes, top with 4-5 banana slices.
- Carefully flip pancakes and continue to cook 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 minutes.
