1 1/2 cups water
3 tablespoons canned pumpkin
2 teaspoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Preheat griddle to 375°F (medium heat).
- In medium bowl, whisk together pancake mix, water, pumpkin, syrup and cinnamon until blended. (Batter will be lumpy.)
- Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto lightly greased griddle.
- Cook 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 minutes on each side, turning only once.
