Beer Bread : 3 Reviews

We just love the bread this makes. Especially like it with Sam Adam's Chocolate Bock beer--gives a very special taste.

I love this beer bread! Goes great with chili on the mountain, after a long day of skiing!

But, can I add nuts, fruit, cheese/my own ingredients to the mix?

Thank you Krusteaz!

Yes, you can absolutely add ingredients to our Beer Bread, Greg! You can add any combination you'd like, but don't add more than 1/3 cup total. If any ingredients are frozen, make sure they are thawed first. Add during the kneading cycle then back the bread as normal. ENJOY!
