  1. // Heat oven to 475°F. Lightly grease baking sheets.
  2. // Stir together flatbread mix and yeast (enclosed). Add warm water and oil, stirring until dough forms a ball. To activate yeast, cover dough and let rest 10 minutes, or until oven is hot.
  3. // Shape dough by dividing into equal portions according to desired yield from table below. With floured hands, pat out dough 1/8 to 1/4-inch thick, forming desired shape on prepared pan(s).
  4. // Bake for 7-11 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Brush with olive oil (optional). Serve warm.

High Altitude (over 5000 feet): Prepare as directed adding an additional 1/3 cup very warm water, let dough rest 20-30 minutes before shaping.

    Dough:

    1 package Krusteaz Italian Herb Flatbread Mix

    1 cup very warm water (115-125°F)

    1/4 cup vegetable oil

    Flatbread Toppings:

    Basil pesto sauce

    Crumbled goat cheese

    Chopped prosciutto

    Chopped arugula

    1. //Heat oven to 475°F. Lightly grease baking sheets.
    2. //Stir together Krusteaz Italian Herb Flatbread Mix and yeast (enclosed). Add warm water and oil, stirring until dough forms a ball. To activate yeast, cover dough and let rest 10 minutes, or until oven is hot.
    3. //Shape dough by dividing into equal portions according to desired yield. With floured hands, pat out dough 1/8 to 1/4-inch thick, forming desired shape on prepared pan(s). Lightly top flatbread dough with pesto sauce, goat cheese and prosciutto before baking.

    1/4 cup vegetable oil

    Mozzarella cheese

    Pizza sauce

    Pepperoni, optional

    Parmesan cheese

    1. //Heat grill to 450°F - 475°F.
    2. //Stir together Krusteaz Italian Herb Flatbread Mix and yeast (enclosed). Add warm water and oil, stirring until dough forms a ball. Cover dough and let rest 20 minutes. Shape dough by dividing into 4 equal portions according to desired yield. With floured hands, pat out dough 1/8 to 1/4 -inch thick, forming desired shape.
    3. //Place on hot grill. Grill for 5-minutes, flip and layer toppings evenly. Grill until crust is cooked and cheese is melted.
  • Hot Caesar Dip

    2/3 cup Caesar salad dressing

    1/3 cup sour cream

    1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    2/3 cup shredded Swiss cheese

    1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

    16 medium-size meatballs, cooked and sliced

    2 cups shredded cheese

    Olive oil, optional

    Sauce:

    1 jar prepared marinara sauce, heated

    1. //Heat oven to 475°F. Lightly grease baking sheets.
    2. //In medium bowl, stir together Krusteaz Italian Herb Flatbread Mix and yeast (enclosed). Add warm water and oil, stirring until dough forms a ball. To activate yeast, cover dough and let rest 10-20 minutes, or until oven is hot. Shape dough by dividing into 8 portions. With floured hands, pat out dough 1/8 -1/4-inch thick, forming circle on prepared pan(s).
    3. //On one half of dough, place sliced meatballs and 1/4 cup cheese. Fold dough over to create calzone. Press edges to seal.
    4. //Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Brush lightly with olive oil, if desired. Serve with heated marinara sauce.

I make home made pizza with this product and we love it. Unfortunately I have searched every grocery store in my location and have been unable to find it. I usually buy a box a week or every other week. The last purchase it was on sale and I bought 2. I have searched everywhere this week and cannot find it. I hope you haven't stop making it.
