Primary Prep, Ingredients & Nutritional Info

Start with: 3/4 Cup Water, 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil, 1 Egg.

  1. // Heat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease pan or line muffin pan with paper baking cups.
  2. // Stir together water, oil, egg and muffin mix until moistened. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. For loaf, spread batter into prepared loaf pan.
  3. // Bake as directed below or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes; gently loosen and remove from pan. Store cooled muffins in tightly covered container.

    1 egg

    1 1/2 cups (2, 8 oz cans) crushed pineapple in juice (undrained)

    1/4 cup vegetable oil

    1. //Heat oven to 400°F. Line muffin pan with paper baking cups.
    2. //Stir together pineapple, oil, egg and Krusteaz Honey Raisin Bran Muffin Mix until moistened. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.

  • Sweet Pecan Bran Treats

    Ingredients

    Glaze:

    1/4 cup butter, softened

    1/3 cup brown sugar

    1/4 cup sugar

    1 tablespoon water

    36 pecan halves

    Muffins:

    1 package Krusteaz Honey Raisin Bran Muffin Mix

    1 egg

    3/4 cup water

    1/4 cup vegetable oil

    1. //Preheat oven to 400°F.
    2. //For Glaze: Blend butter, sugars and water until creamy. Generously coat sides and bottom of 12 muffin cups with glaze. Place 3 pecans in each cup.
    3. //For Muffins: Stir muffin ingredients together until blended. Fill muffin cups slightly over 1/2 full.
    4. //Bake 18-20 minutes. Immediately turn muffins out onto serving platter.
