Start with: 1 Cup Milk, 2 Eggs, 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil

JUST 3 EASY STEPS

  1. // Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease bottom only of pan(s), or line muffin pan with paper baking cups.
  2. // Stir milk, egg and oil in medium bowl and stir until fully blended. Add cake mix and stir* until moistened. Do not overmix. Pour batter into pan(s) and spread evenly. *Electric mixer not recommended.
  3. // Bake as directed or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. Cool completely before frosting.

High Altitude (over 5,000 feet): Prepare as directed, adding 2 tablespoons flour and an additional tablespoon milk.
