Start with: 2/3 Cup Water, 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil, 2 Eggs.

Just three easy steps

  1. // Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease pan.
  2. // Stir together water, oil, eggs and quick bread mix until moistened. Spoon batter into loaf pan or fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
  3. // Bake as directed or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes; gently loosen and remove from pan. Store cooled muffins in tightly covered container.

High Altitude (over 5,000 feet): Prepare as directed, adding 1 tbsp all-purpose flour and an additional 2 tbsps water.

    Ingredients

    Muffins:

    1 package Krusteaz Cranberry Quick Bread Mix

    2/3 cup water

    1/3 cup vegetable oil

    2 eggs

    Streusel:

    1/4 cup sugar

    2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

    1 tablespoon butter

    1. //Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease muffin pan or line with paper baking cups..
    2. //For Muffins: In medium bowl, blend together Krusteaz Cranberry Quick Bread Mix, water, oil and eggs. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups, filling 2/3 full. Set aside.
    3. //For Streusel: In small bowl, stir together sugar and flour. Cut in butter with fork or pastry knife until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over batter in muffin cups.
    4. //Bake 18-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
  • Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Quick Bread

    Ingredients

    1 package Krusteaz Cranberry Quick Bread Mix

    2/3 cup water

    1/3 cup vegetable oil

    2 eggs

    1/2 cup white chocolate chips

    1. //Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 8 ½ x 4 ½ x 2 ½-inch loaf pan.
    2. //Stir together water, oil, eggs, white chocolate chips and Krusteaz Cranberry Quick Bread Mix until moistened. Spoon batter into loaf pan or fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
    3. //Bake 50-55 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes; gently loosen and remove from pan. Store cooled muffins in tightly covered container.
