Gluten Free Double Corn & Ham Bake

Ingredients

1 package Krusteaz Gluten Free Honey Cornbread Mix

1 can (8 1/2 oz) niblet corn, drained

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted

1/3 cup sour cream

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

2 cups cubed ham

  1. // Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. // In large bowl, stir together all ingredients until well blended. Pour into lightly greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
  3. // Bake 48-52 minutes. Top with additional cheddar cheese, if desired. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
