Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Crepes

  • Servings: 18-24 crepes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup Krusteaz Pumpkin Spice Pancake Mix
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Chocolate hazelnut spread
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Powdered sugar

DIRECTIONS

1.Preheat a lightly greased 5 to 6 inch frying pan over medium-high heat.

2.In a medium bowl, stir together pancake mix and flour. Add water gradually, stirring until smooth. 

3.Add eggs and butter and continue to stir until smooth. 

4.Spoon 2-3 tablespoons batter into center of frying pan. Tilt to coat bottom of pan evenly. Just a thin layer of batter should cover the pan. 

5.Cook crepes until delicately browned; turn and cook lightly on other side. 

6.Spoon in chocolate hazelnut spread then top with mini chocolate chips and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
