Double Banana Nut Dessert

1 package Krusteaz Banana Nut Muffin Mix, divided
1 cup milk
1/2 cup melted butter
4 medium bananas, sliced
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, optional
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- //Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease 13x9x2-inch pan.
- //For Cobbler: In medium bowl, stir together 2 cups Krusteaz Banana Nut Muffin Mix, milk and butter until blended. Pour batter into prepared pan. Layer sliced bananas over batter. Top with honey and cinnamon, if desired.
- //For Topping: In small bowl, add remaining Krusteaz Banana Nut Muffin Mix, brown sugar, butter, oatmeal and nuts; stir until crumbly. Sprinkle topping over bananas. Bake 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
