1 Package Krusteaz Gluten Free Cinnamon Swirl Crumb Cake Mix
1/4 Cup Eggnog
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
4 Eggs
Glaze
1 Tbsp Eggnog
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
STEP 1

Heat oven to 350 Fº. Line a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with foil.

STEP 2

Stir together eggnog, eggs, oil and cake mix (batter will be slightly lumpy).

STEP 3

Spoon half of the batter into prepared loaf pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon topping (included) over batter.

STEP 4

Drop remaining batter in small spoonfuls over topping layer and spread to edge of pan. Sprinkle remaining topping evenly over batter.

STEP 5

Bake loaf for 40-42 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

STEP 6

To make the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar and eggnog until smooth. Drizzle over cake before slicing.

Snickerdoodle Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting

1 Package Krusteaz Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix
1 Large Egg
1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter, Softened
1-2 Tsp Cinnamon, or To Taste
1 Krusteaz Cinnamon-and-Sugar Packet

Frosting:
6 oz Cream Cheese, Softened (Lite Okay)
1 1/2 Cups Confectioners’ Sugar
1/4 Cup (1/2 Stick) Unsalted Butter, Softened
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Tsp Salt, or To Taste
STEP 1

BARS – Heat oven to 350F, line an 8×8-inch pan with aluminum foil for easier cleanup, spray with cooking spray; set aside.

STEP 2

To a large bowl add all the cookie mix, egg, butter, cinnamon, and mix with a handheld electric mixer until combined; dough is dense and stiff.

STEP 3

Turn dough out into prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula as necessary.

STEP 4

Evenly sprinkle the cinnamon-and-sugar over the top and bake for about 23 to 25 minutes, or until center is set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs. Allow bars to cool completely in pan on a wire rack before frosting.

STEP 5

FROSTING - To a large bowl, add the cream cheese, butter, confectioners’ sugar, vanilla, salt, and beat with a handheld electric mixer until smooth.

STEP 6

Turn frosting out over the bars and evenly sprinkle with sprinkles before serving. Bars will keep airtight at room temp for up to 4 days or in the fridge for up to 1 week. I am comfortable storing frosted items at room temp but if you’re not, store in the fridge.

Gingerbread Cookie Bites

1 Package Krusteaz Gingerbread Cookie Mix
1/2 Cup (1 Stick) Butter, Softened
1 Egg
1-2 Tbsp Holiday Sprinkles
STEP 1

Place Krusteaz Gingerbread Cookie Mix, butter and egg in medium bowl. Stir until dough forms.

STEP 2

Line an 8x8 glass baking dish with plastic wrap. Press dough into pan evenly. Top with sprinkles and press into dough. Cover and freeze for 20 minutes.

STEP 3

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove pan from freezer. Lift dough out with plastic wrap. Cut dough into 1/2” squares.

STEP 4

Place squares on parchment lined baking sheet, leaving 1” between each piece of dough.

STEP 5

Bake 7-8 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit 3-4 minutes, then transfer gingerbread bites to a cooling rack.

1 Egg
2/3 Cup Eggnog
STEP 1

Preheat oven at 350°F.

STEP 2

Pour dry mix to a large bowl. Add the egg and eggnog.

STEP 3

Stir until combined - batter will still be lumpy.

STEP 4

Add half the bag of the cinnamon sugar mixture. Stir until combined.

STEP 5

Fill paper-lined muffins cups up 2/3 full.

STEP 6

Then top each filled muffin cup with the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture, about 1-2 teaspoons worth.
