Just three easy steps

  1. // Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease or butter 8x8-inch pan or 8 ramekins.
  2. // Stir together cobbler topping mix and egg using a fork until mixture is crumbly. Prepare fruit as directed below and spoon into pan or ramekins. Evenly sprinkle topping mixture over fruit. Drizzle melted butter evenly over topping.
  3. // Bake as directed below or until fruit is bubbly and topping is golden brown. Serve warm.

High Altitude: No adjustment necessary.

For a crispy cobbler top, sprinkle with coarse sugar before baking.

    1 package Krusteaz Cobbler Topping Mix

    1 egg

    6 tablespoons butter, melted

    1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling

    1. //Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly butter 8 ramekins.
    2. //Place Krusteaz Cobbler Topping Mix and egg in a medium bowl. Using a fork, stir until mixture is crumbly and egg is well blended. Divide cherry pie filling evenly into 8 buttered ramekins. Evenly divide cobbler mixture over fruit. Drizzle melted butter over cobbler layer.
    3. //Place ramekins on a baking sheet and bake 35-40 minutes or until fruit is bubbly and topping is golden brown.
  • Peach Cobbler Cake

    Prep 15 min Total Time 1 hr Servings 10-12


    1 package Krusteaz Cobbler Topping Mix

    1/2 cup all-purpose flour

    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

    2 eggs

    1/3 cup milk

    1 can (21 oz) peach pie filling

    Powdered sugar (optional)

    3 tablespoons vegetable oil

    1. //Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease 9-inch spring form pan.
    2. //In large bowl, stir together Krusteaz Cobbler Topping Mix, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg until blended. Add eggs, milk and oil. Stir until batter is smooth. Spoon into prepared pan. Gently spoon peach pie filling evenly over batter.
    3. //Bake 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Serve warm or at room temperature. Lightly sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
