Start with: 1 Cup Water, 1/4 cup vegetable oil.

Just three easy steps

  1. // HEAT oven to 400°F. Line muffin pan with paper baking cups or lightly grease.
  2. // STIR together water, oil and muffin mix until blended. FILL muffin cups 2/3 full. For loaf, spread batter into lightly greased loaf pan.
  3. // BAKE as directed below or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes; gently loosen and remove from pan. Store cooled muffins in tightly covered container.

High Altitude (over 5,000 feet): Prepare as directed, adding an additional 2 tablespoons water.

    1/2 cup mashed banana (1 medium)

    1/2 cup raisins

    1/2 cup chopped nuts

    Powdered sugar

    1. //Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease 11x7x2-inch pan.
    2. //In medium bowl, blend together Krusteaz Oat Bran Muffin Mix, water, banana, raisins and nuts until moistened. Spoon batter into prepared pan.
    3. //Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  • Oat Bran Pancakes

    Prep 5 min Total Time 10 min Servings 10, 5-inch pancakes

    Ingredients

    1 package Krusteaz Oat Bran Muffin Mix

    2 eggs

    1 1/2 cups milk

    1. //Preheat griddle to 375°F.
    2. //In medium bowl, stir together all ingredients until well blended. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto lightly greased and preheated griddle.
    3. //Cook pancakes 1-1 ¼ minutes per side, turning only once.
