Buttermilk Protein Pancake
Made with sweet cream buttermilk, these pancakes are truly light and fluffy, but don’t let that fool you. They pack a MAJOR protein punch!
- // Heat griddle to 375°F (medium heat). Lightly grease griddle.
- // Measure mix by lightly spooning it into measuring cup and leveling it off. Whisk flapjack mix and water. Batter will be thick. Do not over-mix. Pour slightly less than ¼ cup batter per flapjack onto griddle.
- // Cook flapjacks 1¾ - 2 minutes per side, or until golden brown, turning only once.
