Keto Pancake Mix
Our classic pancake mix with a KETO catch - no sugar added, grains, or gluten. Just add water and eggs!
1/2 cup mix
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp oil or melted butter
HEAT pancake griddle to 375°F (medium heat). Grease griddle well.
MEASURE mix and place in a medium bowl. Whisk mix to break up any lumps. Add eggs to water in measuring cup and mix well; pour into mix. Whisk mix, eggs, water and oil or melted butter together until completely smooth. Let batter stand 2 minutes.
POUR slightly more than 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto griddle.
COOK 2-2 1/4 minutes per side. Flip once, when tops bubble and bottoms are dark brown.
