1 Cup Mix
HEAT griddle to 350°F (medium heat). Lightly grease griddle.
WHISK mix and water. Batter will be thick. For thinner pancakes, add more water or milk. Do not over-mix.
POUR slightly less than 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto griddle.
COOK pancakes 1 3/4 - 2 minutes per side, or until golden brown. (Note: Flip only once. Bubbles may not form.)
